A CMS allows you to have access to make changes and updates from any Internet enabled computer. No need to download special software, know computer programming or even call Tech. Support to make simple changes.

We provide training as part of all our website packages.

Advertisers Resource Company provides our clients with e-mail and phone support free of charge.

All prices on website packages are a onetime fee. After the first year client will need to renew hosting and domain name (prices may vary).

We use one of the industry's top software programs giving us the ability to check the effectiveness of your META data and compare your site with your competitors. The purchase of this service comes with a 6 month minimum service agreement. All customers continuing on a month to month basics with no interruption of service will receive a discounted rate for services. To receive the best results possible Advertisers Resource Company will need to have FULL access to your website. If you go through a third party company to manage your website we cannot guarantee any particular result.

****SEARCH ENGINE VISIBILITY: This service is for service submission of your site to the local search engines, claiming your business on the local mapping sites such as Google Places, Yahoo Maps , Bing Maps. We will also help you with the basic setup of your META data.

*****SHOPPING CART SERVICE: This service is for the purchase and installation of a basic shopping cart and first year SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Certificate, perfect for the small business . Shopping cart software is a one time buy however the SSL Certificate will need to be renewed yearly. Our webstore software comes fully integrated to accept PayPal or Authorize.net payment portals. If other payment portals are needed to work with your bank additional fees may be added.

******SECURE EMAIL, CALENDAR AND DOCS: This is a service provided by Google Apps for Business . All of our website packages come with the option of setting up this service free of charge for up to 10 users.

Content

All services provided by Advertisers Resource Company, llc (AdReCoMedia) are to be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or Local law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, material that jeopardizes national security, or material protected by trade secret or other laws. You, the Client, agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Advertisers Resource Company llc, from any claims resulting from the subscriber's use of Advertisers Resource Company services which damages the subscriber or any other party.

Note: Pornography and sex related merchandising are prohibited on any Advertisers Resource Company llc account. This includes sites that may imply sexual content, or link to adult content elsewhere. This is also true for sites that promote any illegal activity or content that may be damaging to Advertisers Resource Company’s servers or any other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.

Examples of prohibited content or links include (but are not limited to):

IRC Software
Pirated software
Hacking sites, programs or archives
Warez Sites
Distribution of music files or any other material in which the account holder does not own the copyright.
Adult Sites
Game Servers (dedicated game server programs)

Advertisers Resource Company llc will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. Content that does not meet these standards will be removed without prior notice to the subscriber.

Any of the following is considered a violation of the terms of service:

Commercial Advertising - Email

Spamming, i.e. the sending of unsolicited email, from any Advertisers Resource Company llc server is STRICTLY prohibited. Advertisers Resource Company llc will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

Scheduled Maintenance and Downtime

Advertisers Resource Company llc will use commercially reasonably efforts to provide services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Subscriber acknowledges that from time to time the services may be inaccessible or inoperable for various reasons, including periodic maintenance procedures or upgrades ("Scheduled Downtime"); or service malfunctions, and causes beyond Advertisers Resource Company’s control or which are not reasonably foreseeable by Advertisers Resource Company llc, including the interruption or failure of telecommunications or digital transmission links, hostile network attacks, or network congestion or other failures.

Refunds:

Setup fee is NON refundable. Any violation of Advertisers Resource Company llc’s Terms of Service Agreement shall result in no refund.

Account Setup, Termination, and Billing:

The account will be charged on the day the order is processed, regardless of the account billing date. The account will not be charged again until the next month's billing cycle. Billing dates are on the first (1^st) and fifteenth (15^th) of every month.

Disabling of website due to overdue payment: Websites will be disabled if payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date. If your website has been disabled, you may be charged a reconnection fee of up to $50 in order to re-enable your website.

Termination of accounts due to overdue payment: If the account is not paid within 60 days of the invoice date, the account will be terminated and all information within the account will be deleted.

Any violation of these Terms of Service will result in termination of the account. Advertisers Resource Company llc maintains the right to terminate accounts without prior notification.

This agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota. If any provisions of this Agreement are found or deemed by a court of law of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, they shall be considered severable from the remainder of this Agreement and shall not cause the remainder of this Agreement to be invalid or unenforceable.
